Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information 7FigFunnel collects when you visit 7figfunnel.com or apply for a free audit, how it's used, who it's shared with, and the choices you have.
Who we are
7FigFunnel ("we", "us") runs this website and provides the free funnel and ads audit. For anything about your information, email hello@7figfunnel.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Audit application. Your name, email, landing page links, your offer, your ideal customer, whether you run Meta ads, your monthly ad spend, your current ROAS, and your biggest challenge.
- Call booking. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking.
- Emails and calls. Anything you send us or share with us while we work on your audit.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, whether a form was submitted or a call booked, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or country, based on your IP address). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
- Session storage. After you apply, your name and email are held in your browser's session storage so the booking calendar can be pre-filled. It's cleared when you close the tab.
We don't use the Meta pixel or other advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To review your ads, landing pages and funnel and prepare your audit.
- To email you your audit, arrange and hold any call you book, and reply to your messages.
- To follow up about your audit and, where relevant, our paid services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To keep the site secure and filter out spam.
- To meet legal obligations.
If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps you've asked for (preparing your audit and booking your call), our legitimate interests (following up, improving and securing the site), your consent where the law requires it (such as for analytics cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and the audit, who may use it only to provide their services to us:
- Google for analytics, fonts, and storing audit applications (Google Workspace).
- Cal.com for call booking.
- Vercel for website hosting.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep your application and our messages for as long as we need them to deliver your audit and follow up, and for up to 2 years after we last hear from you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Google Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct it if it's wrong;
- have it deleted;
- object to or restrict how we use it, including for follow-up emails;
- withdraw consent you've given, at any time.
To make a request, email hello@7figfunnel.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we'll reply within one month. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. If you're in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
To stop Google Analytics, you can block cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
International transfers
Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled accounts. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and the audit are for businesses and aren't meant for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Other sites
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and is covered by Cal.com's privacy policy. Google's use of data is covered by Google's privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
